At Racertour, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and dependable. Once your payment is verified — usually within one business day — your order will be packed and prepared for shipment. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can monitor its journey.
Shipping Timeframes & Fees
All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. distribution center in Bakersfield, California, ensuring fast and consistent delivery to customers within the 48 contiguous states.
Our Shipping Partners
We work with reliable carriers such as UPS and FedEx Ground to provide safe, timely delivery. Depending on your location, you may see additional shipping options at checkout.
Where We Ship
At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We are not able to deliver to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories
- APO/FPO military addresses
- International destinations
We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Delays & Notifications
Most orders arrive within the expected delivery window. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays. If this happens, updated tracking details will be sent to you automatically.
