We aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining a fast and efficient fulfillment process. To ensure fairness and speed for all customers, we offer a specific window for order adjustments.
1. The 4-Hour Adjustment Window
You have a 4-hour window from the moment your order is submitted to request any changes or a full cancellation.

Why 4 hours? Our system is designed to begin processing orders automatically to ensure fast delivery. Once this window passes, your order likely moves into production, packing, or shipping preparation, making modifications impossible.

Eligibility: The timestamp of your email or contact form submission will be used to verify if your request falls within this 4-hour period.
2. How to Request a Change
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately:

Required Info: Please include your Order Number, Full Name, and a clear description of the change you wish to make (e.g., "Change size from M to L" or "Cancel entire order").
3. After the 4-Hour Window
Once the 4-hour window has passed, the order is locked into our fulfillment system.

No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee any modifications to size, color, quantity, or shipping address after this time.

In-Transit Orders: If your request arrives after the order has already shipped, you are responsible for the full purchase amount. Any changes must then be handled through our standard Return Process once the item arrives.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is the customer's responsibility. This includes street names, apartment/suite numbers, and correct zip codes.

Delivery Errors: Racertour is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Carrier Control: Once a tracking number is issued, we cannot redirect your package. Any route adjustments must be coordinated directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
