By completing a purchase from Racertour, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. Every request is handled with fairness, care, and attention.

1. The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to initiate a return request.

Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet these requirements:

  • Condition: Must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Appearance: Free of odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or deodorant marks.

  • Packaging: Original tags must be attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Include your receipt or order confirmation email.


2. How to Start Your Return

If you need to return an item, please email our support team at support@racertour.com. Since every return is unique, we provide personalized instructions for each case.

Please include the following in your email:

  1. Order Number & Full Name.

  2. Reason for the return.

  3. Photo or Video Evidence: Required if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This helps us verify the issue and approve your request quickly.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the error is ours—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—Racertour takes full responsibility. * Contact us immediately at support@racertour.com.

  • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Racertour covers all return shipping costs when we are at fault.


4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 24–48 hours.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Racertour issues refunds within 14 calendar days of approval.

  • Bank Processing: Your bank or card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to finalize the posting to your account.


5. Order Cancellations

To receive a full refund for a cancellation, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

Why 4 hours? After this window, your order usually enters the production or packing stage. While we will always try our best to help, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after this period.


6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout.

  • Racertour is not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, or typos provided by the customer.

  • Accurate information ensures a smooth and timely delivery for everyone.
