Shipping Policy

At Racertour, our goal is to ensure that every order arrives safely, promptly, and without hassle. From the moment your purchase is confirmed to the moment it reaches your doorstep, we treat each step of the process with care and precision.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Business Days: Our processing days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

  • Processing Cycle: Orders placed after 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays will begin processing on Monday.

2. Custom & Bulk Orders

To maintain our high standards of quality, specialized orders may require additional time:

  • Custom Items: Please allow an extra 1–3 business days for design preparation, quality checks, and production setup.

  • Bulk Orders (50+ units): Processing may extend to 7–10 business days, depending on production load and material availability.

3. Shipping Partners & Costs

We partner with established U.S. carriers to provide reliable nationwide delivery:

  • Carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL (for select services).

  • Shipping Fee: A standard flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to all domestic orders.

4. Non-Serviceable Locations

At this time, Racertour is unable to ship to the following destinations:

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, etc.)

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Note: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your notification.

6. Holiday & Peak Seasons

During major holiday periods (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s), processing and delivery times may be extended due to high volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing your orders 2–3 weeks in advance during these seasons to ensure timely arrival.
